-looks at Dest-

-Looks at her- To the swamplands, I heard there was this cemetery inland that has the piece of Bronze we're missing.

Let's try the bayou

-I take a right on a street, heading towards the swamp-

-Rolls eyes-
What the fudge is with the cane, Hector? -After getting boots, of course, while still clutching the old ones-

Huh? Oh!

-I turn to face her-

I got bitten by a voodoo priestess's snakes. Jazz trapped all the venom into me leg. The venom will fade in time, but for now

-I tap the cane a few times on a stone-

I'm gettin' old

-I turn back towards the swamp-

-Stops as he turns-
Damn, I thought you broke it.
-Looks away and around and looks back at his cane-
Pirates never get old, -Looks at the ground and walks solemnly after-

Pirates like us at least never get old

-I tie the stone on a chain to my belt as we arrive at the bayou border-

-Under breath: You just said you where.-
-Clutches sword and grits teeth-
Swamps give me the creeps.

-Through the fog, a small boat floats towards us slowly. Eventually, the boat stops at the dock as a torch lights-

Now that's even creepier.... Keep a sharp eye

-I pull out my pistol and easily step into the boat, which seems not to go down from my weight into the water-

-Takes a few steps back-
W-where the bloody hell did that come from, and why are you getting in? -Takes out sword, drops it and picks it back up, the clanging echoes all throughout the eerie silence-
-Grimaces and follows, getting in, the boat doesn't shift-

-I look at her, a little amazed-

I never thought you'd be fearful.... ever

-Frown deepens-
Listen, Fear is a bad feeling. I don't like it either. I've just been more wary now. Nothing to worry you about, of course.
-Watches the foggy water-
Did you see that?

-Rows deep into the other side of the bayou, watching the water-

Did I ever mentioned I hate swamps, Jack..

-Looks back at him- Because now I do.

-Jack shrugs-

Jack: Don't blame me. I'm not the one leadin' us on this crusade

-I look into the water, seeing nothing-

-I offer her a hand to help her into the boat-

-Keeps rowing, watching the water-

-I start rowing again, as my eyes spot a ripple in the water not from my oars-

-After I help Rose into the longboat, Grapple and Mallot begin to row, but to their surprise, the boat begins to row on it's own-

O_o That's.... odd... but not out of the ordinary

-I turn back around to face where we're headed-

-I keep watching the water, feeling the climate gettting cold and muggy-

-The boat shakes, as I feel rush air blow by-

-Looks back at Twilight-

-Takes hand away and helps self into boat, and taking a seat.-
I swear I saw something.
