-continues-

- throws a grenade into a bunch of grunts and they all fly back from the explosion, i hide behind a rock, reloading -

-reloading while looking at them firing-

- sees a brute riding a Chopper, then looks around for a sniper rifle -

"Chief!"

-throws one to him-

- catches it, and shoots the brute in the head, then throws sniper back to him, and charges for the chopper, shooting while running -

-catches it and crouches-


-more choppers come and i fire at them-

- jumps in, instinct tells me how to start the chopper, and starts to run over and shoot some Covenant, a plasma grenade gets stuck on the chopper, i dive off, and kicks a brute off his chopper and lands in Chopper -

"Nice"


-jumps up on building-

-super jumps to a covenant airborne ship and hijacks it-


-figures out how to control it and fires at covenant soldiers that are below-

- looks up at him, and continues to fire at the Covenant -

-lands ship and continues fighting more covenants-

- a brute with a gravity hammer runs towards me, i jump off the chopper, just before it gets destroyed then starts to shoot at it -

-Covenant Elite soldiers come-

- looks at the Elites, then back at the gravity hammer brute, he swings at me, i get thrown into a rock, but i get up and when he tries to hit me again, i stab him with an army knife i found, he grunts and falls to the ground -

- the simulation stops, i stand up, and look to see Johnson walking in the room -

Johnson: looks like you're good to go, Chief..

thank you, Sir. - looks over at Surge and gives him a thumbs up, indicating a good job -

-thumbs up back-

- follows Johnson out of the room, and onto the sky deck, i realize i'm on a giant UNSC ship -

"So how was your coma Chief?"

i was in a coma? for how long?

" 9 months"

- looks at him, then back out at space - i'm guessing many things have changed in my 9 month sleep..

"Alot"

- keeps staring out at space - how many of us are left?

Johnson: - leads them into the armory, with Marines, ODST's and other people loading up -

"About 30"

Johnson: actually, about 28 now.. two more died today.

- looks at the crowd, looking at me, murmuring about the two Spartans in the room -
