It seems some people are confused

The only person who uses magic on the bad side is The One Who Is The One and since he is the leader his people dont care. They are trying to rid this world of democracy and anything against them. If you have magic skills and are caught and labeled " Extremely Dangerous " you will be executed the next day by being hanged or Vaporization ( basically you go poof into dust )
