(Rapture City has been destroyed by the want of ADAM. My brother and I just beat the entire game the other day. :3 SO HAH.
And, there are no normal residents. The residents are Splicers that destroy everything except for themselves. They're creepy and they can kill you. Most of the walls are covered in blood. The corpses have items in then, so search and you might find something.

- takes the canister and puts it into my arm, my arm starts to twitch, and i walk backwards into a wall, shakes my head to trying to get back to reality. blacks out for what seemed to be a few seconds, but it turns out it was about an hour. gets up slowly and looks around - what the hell.. just happened??
