Crashing Down

I told the group to hide in the trees and barricade themselves.

-Looks at hm-

This monster can kill us, if we're lucky we'll live.

- laughs a little, and jumps into a tree, covering myself with some leaves, hiding my sniper and looks around -

You idi- -I hear a rumble infornt of me as black smoke comes out of the trees, right pu to my face. i just stand and look at it; in a trance-

- fires at it, knowing it would do nothing, just trying to distract it - now who's the idiot..

No! It'll only make it angrier! -The black smoke monster roars and flies towards me, knocking me off my feet leaving my chest bleeding like it tore right through me-

- jumps out of the tree, and runs towards her, checking if it hit the heart, lungs, etc. - damn....

-Chokes on words, blood dripping from mouth- G-Get me outta here..

- nods and picks her up and looks at the group - we need to go!! - starts to run further into the jungle -

-Looks up weakly, and see the black smoke monster disappear, the pilot's body hanging up in the trees-

- keeps running, trying to find a safe place, finds one, and puts her down, panting -

-gags and coughs up blood, chest fluttering with fluid- T-Try to keep my heart rate down.. I can feel blood pumping more.. -Tries to calm down-

- looks around, trying to find something to cool her off, runs over to a river, takes out a cup from bag, rips off a piece of my shirt, and runs back, pouring water on shirt, and putting it on her forehead -

-Closes eyes and opens them my ice blue eys shreading through his green emerald eyes- What's your name, K-kid..? -Pants some-

- looks around, then back at her - Jones... - puts more water on cloth and puts on head -

-Grins weakly, and grabs his hand pulling him towards me slightly- I'll make sure you get off this damn-forsaken island..

- grins a bit, and keeps cloth on her head - i'd like that. i'd also like everyone else off this island too.

-Grins back, my eyes cnnecting with his- Some people have to go, some have to stay. Y-You don't.. -Coughs up blood some- Don't know where we are..

- sighs a little, but nods - alright. - puts the rest of the water on the cloth -

-Looks at Jones, and shakes head some- I know where we are...

- says nothing, keeping cloth on her head -

-Thinks before saying it, and grabs his hand- Jones.. We've all done something wrong in our lives...

We're in Hell... We're being punished.

i'd believe that.. just stay down. you're hurt badly.

-Looks at him, serious- No Jones. I'm not kidding. That Black Smoke Monster back there isn't real in reality.

We're in Hell, anything can happen.

again, i can believe that.. just keep laying down.

-Lays down again, coughs up blood some and closes eyes just thinking past memories-
