I was calling my cable company about internet issues. I told the man my mom's info and I told him that we had an internet problem for 2 years. We moved once and replaced our modem yesterday.
At 13 minutes he puts me on hold to find the source of my problem
At 25 minutes he comes back and he tell me the our modem is getting too much power from the cable, but the tvs should not be working too but whatever.
At 30 minutes he puts me on hold to set up an appointment for tomorrow to come fix it.
At 46 minutes I am still waiting.
At 50 minutes still waiting...
