Crashing Down

- looks behind me, making sure nothing jumps at the group -

-We keep walking a long ways, I stop flash backs of the past Survivors who crashe don a island 2 decades ago, showing the cockpit.- That's it.. -I murmer, as my eyes become clear again.- Follow me.. -I sprint off ahead-

- sees her sprint off, i stay behind the group, following them -

-Feels my mind coming back and back with sideflashes from the past, before we know it. I see a piece of wreckage from the Cockpit.- We're almost there..

*Walks across the ground looking at the rare variety of plants*

-Signals to Jones and whispers- What do you know of government techonology?

i'm not much of a govt. technology type guy... - keeps looking around, sensing someone, or thing is watching us -

-Looks at the scene before us, seeing the cockpit side up, stuck in some trees and points- The transceiver is in there. -Turns aorund looking at everyone- If you get queasy easily, I suggets you stay out here.. If not and you're still queasy... Stay close.. -Starts to climb up into the frontside, not evening looking at the bodies sitting in chairs.-

- looks at the rest of the people, then follows her into the cockpit -

*Looks across the dense vegetation as I see a large boulder sitting near a large, crystal-clear lake*

*Approaches the rock and sits down on it studying the river seeing large, colorful fish swim around gracefully like clouds in the sky*

"If only I had a notebook" as I think to myself, my mind lost in the sea of thoughts.

-Doesn't even flinch when I pass bodies, i try to steady myself at the cockpit tilts at our weight- Hold still.. -I whisper before it stops and tries to open the door to the cabin-

*Reaches down to pick a single blade away from the glass and brings it up close to my eyes as I study it carefully*

"The vegetation here is very remarkable. I've never seen such bustling life"

- moves a hand out of the aisle, and i pray for all of them quietly, keeping perfectly calm, and moving carefully -

I slip the grass away into my jacket's left pocket and pats my pocket making sure the leaf is all snug, then I get up dusting off my hands and taking a deep breath enjoying the smell of nature, until I spot a plant at the corner of my eyes.

I jump back shocked seeing it's one of those rare plants I accidentally released out into the wild.

- finishes praying, and continues walking carefully -

*Slowly begins walking backwards until I feel I am a safe distance away from that plant*

I wonder what I should name it?

*Reaches to a point in the jungle where I see a line of vegetation that seems like someone was walking through there*

I didn't make this trial . This could be someone's else doing...or maybe an animal, but it couldn't have been an wild animal. The trail goes straight and there are no visible marks of the animal leaving scent marks.

*I start to follow the trial being a little concerned to where it could lead me*

- reaches over and grabs the transceiver - got it. time to go.

-One of the Pilots burst out gasping, I look at him-

Calm down, sir.

Pilot: Am I alive?

-Nods- Yes.

-I hear a roar in the jungle- Okay we'll help you up.

-Tries to help him up until something grabs his leg and forcifully takes him out through the window of the cockpit, blood splatters on the shield as he's taken away.-

- covers head, and pulls her backwards - what the hell was that?

-The whole front end shakes- the monster. We need to get out!

-Climbs out the cockpit running through the jungle-

- dives out of the plane, and sees the group of survivors - come on! - runs after Destiny -

-Keeps running, tears straining cheeks and almost falls-

- stays in the back of the group, looking around, sniper at the ready -

-makes sure everyone goes and I stay back with Jones, looking around still hearing the roaring-

- keeps running - aren't u supposed to be leading this group? where are we going??
